1. Massage the skin

This Ayurvedic practice is a wonderful way to heal the skin and connect the whole body. Make it a morning ritual to massage your body from head to toe. It is claimed that the oil not only hydrates and nourishes the skin but also helps to get rid of toxins released by the skin while you sleep. Toxins are flushed from your skin when you wash or cleanse with oil.

2. Drink a lot of water

Water can increase the elasticity of the skin and it will naturally keep it smooth, hydrated and plump. If you exercise regularly, water is essential for body and muscle recovery, both during and after exercise. Reduce your intake of soda, tea, coffee, and sugary fruit juices while increasing your daily water intake to tighten sagging skin.

3. Eat a balanced diet

Cutting out junk food, sugar and processed food, as well as limiting alcohol consumption, is just one important step. Fill your diet with plenty of fiber and protein to keep your body healthy and your skin elastic.

Choose foods rich in vitamin C, zinc, and selenium, which help the body produce elastin and collagen.
