Kyle Richards showed off his toned body when he hit the gym.. after refusing to use Ozempic

Kyle Richards maintained his svelte physique with another intense workout on Tuesday morning.

The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star, 54, took a gym selfie during a break from her cardio workout.

It comes weeks after Richards denied using the diabetes drug Ozempic to lose weight.

Kyle showed off her toned arms as she sat among her gear, her brunette hair thrown into an uneven bun with a few loose strands resting against her skin.

She wore a black SoulCycle tank top as she sat in front of the mirror.

‘Keep you posted as I have a lot of questions in DM. Will answer some,’ he promised in the photo.

‘Then go to the weights,’ he added, tacking on the weight-lifting emoji.

The latest training came after Kyle refused to use the headline-making drug Ozempic, a type 2 diabetes treatment that is used off-label as a weight-loss drug.

It all started after trolls accused Kyle of having plastic surgery after Page Six posted a link to a story about his ripped figure on his Instagram account.

‘I feel like a lot of visits to the plastic surgeon,’ the troll weighed in the comments section.

“I’ve never tried Ozempic and it’s not from plastic surgery,” Richards reiterated.

The Halloween Ends actress admitted that she had a breast reduction, but denied all other claims that she did anything other than work hard to get the figure she has developed lately.

‘I had a breast reduction in May. I am honest about what I do. But if giving credit plastic surgery makes you feel better, then pop off sister,’ he added.

In the same post, another user simply commented, ‘Ozempic?’

Richards wrote: ‘I don’t take Ozempic. Never.’
