Paul Rudd reveals the secret to ‘eternal youth.’
When asked by Men’s Health to share his ‘most important’ tip, the 53-year-old said getting ‘eight hours’ of sleep was at the top of the list.
‘Then diet. Then the weight. Then cardio,’ the Clueless star listed.

The former People’s Sexiest Man Alive told the outlet that people often expect the ‘secret’ to have something to do with a restrictive diet or a strict and secretive exercise regimen.
‘People ask, ‘Can you send me a meal plan? How many times a week do you exercise? do you drink Do you eat carbs? Do you have a cheat day?”’ Rudd recalled.
Although he is dedicated to cardio every day and a minimum of three days of weight lifting, Rudd believes that ‘the most important part of training is sleep.
‘People will set an alarm and then go to sleep for four hours and then get up to train. He made himself destructive. If you can sleep for eight hours. . .’ he explained.

Later, Rudd detailed his daily routine which starts with coffee and cardio on an empty stomach – something he said he ‘wouldn’t do’ before signing on to play Marvel superhero Ant-Man.
He continued: ‘I lift weights, hopefully at least three times a week.’
Rudd entered the Marvel Universe in 2015 and appeared as Ant-Man in the 2018 sequel, and the upcoming film, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
With years of superhero training under his belt, Rudd has ‘learned a lot about how my body reacts to food, how it reacts to exercise, and where I’m happiest and how that affects me mentally.
‘If I am [superhero] suit, walking around playing a character that is supposed to be a superhero, I just feel better. And I feel less like a liar.’

Rudd’s diet is simple and consistent. He told Men’s Health that he eats eggs every day, incorporates salmon into most of his meals and enjoys protein shakes with a mix of protein powder and water.
‘Sounds like hell. Absolutely not. I find solace in routine,’ he insists. “There is no office that we have to go to every day where we see the same people and do the same work.
‘Routine is a human need. It’s basic in a positive and healthy way.’
Rudd is busy promoting Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, which hits theaters on February 17.
And he revealed that he was ‘working hard to get back on track’ for the highly-anticipated Marvel film and that it ended up being ‘harder’ than the 2018 sequel.

Challenge: And he revealed that he is ‘working hard to get back into shape’ for the highly-anticipated Marvel film and it ended up being ‘tougher’ than the 2018 sequel.
‘I have fallen more than I have in the past. Suddenly my clothes fit. And I thought, God, this sucks. I can’t even wear these pants,’ she recalled.
‘So I said to myself, Well, I might as well eat some of these cookies. I am irritable and self-conscious. I’m just not in a good mood. I really gave up.’
Earlier this month, Rudd shared a chiseled look in swirling images evoking the Quantum Realm, which he and his friends and family will explore in the new film.

Even though the superhero movie is coming out in less than a month, the cast and crew were spotted filming again in Los Angeles.
