GUADALAJARA, Mexico, Sept. 20, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Carrick Institute, a global leader in clinical neuroscience education, is proud to announce today that it will host a one-day Concussion Bootcamp workshop and keynote address at the 37th Annual FIMS Session will offer (International Federation of Sports Medicine) World Congress 2022. The event will be held from September 22-25, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency Andares Guadalajara, with pre-Congress workshops on September 21, 2022.

The focus of both the workshop and keynote will be Functional Neurological Management of Concussion (FN-MOC) and will delve into the various related topics including phenotyping and management of concussion. dr Matthew Antonucci, faculty member of the Carrick Institute, will deliver both the workshop and the keynote. dr Antonucci is an associate professor of clinical neurology and a concussion specialist who serves on multiple boards including the American Board of Brain Injury and Rehabilitation and the American College of Functional Neurology.
